Exciting News!!

We've been checking every day patiently waiting for our seeds to sprout....well, today was very exciting because our peas started to break through the soil!!

My Garden!

Springtime is filled with so many new fun projects!!! Our latest outside adventure has been planting a garden!!! My grandpa came over last week and helped move soil with me and my Mama. We all wheeled several loads into our new garden beds.

Oh, it was hard work....

Here we are dumping.

This is where the real fun began.....playing in the dirt and planting the vegetables!

We planted tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, peppers, spinach, peas, corn, carrots, kale, parsley and thyme! Oh, how exciting it's gonna be when they start producing!

I was my mother's little assistant and made sure to keep us moving at a fast pace. Planting the corn, pea and carrot seeds were my favorite part!

In the background you can see our new big fence (well needed, since the last one was falling over) and do you see that fancy little fence? My Papa built that to keep Meka in her yard, but also so that she can keep an eye on us while we are out gardening!

Spring Time, finally!!

Thank goodness the sun decided to come out, I was beginning to wonder what was so great about Oregon....

We opened up my play house!!

And brought the tricycles out!

My mom's friends Manual and Katrin came to visit all the way from Germany. Manuel is helping me vaccinate ELMO!

Today I had my 2 year doctor visit. I am now 26lbs and 33.5inches tall!!! My doctor told me that I'm healthy. I also found out that I have a fever....so maybe I'm getting sick.

Birthday Time!!

It's official, I'm 2 years old!

I started celebrating early with a gift that came in the mail from my friend Abby. It is a play dough Ice cream making kit! I just love it!

Look at the food & dishes Grammy & Poppi gave me, it also came with a super fun kitchen!! Now all my babies & animals are eating gourmet meals thanks to me!

How pretty! Thanks Nano and Papa Dave, I love dressing up like Snow White, I especially love the pretty shoes, I even wear them with my pj's!

In early January I got thrush and had to sport this purple tongue for a week while I was treated with gentian violet.
